Mason's bed. The bedding was ordered online and custom made. The baseball rug was a gift from Scotty's mom and sister for Christmas, the wooden NY over the bed was ordered off ebay, and the baseball cards are Scotty's from when he was a little boy.
Scotty got me this glider from Christmas. I can see many hours spend rocking and feeding Mason in this chair!
Close up of Mason's bedding. The sheet is solid Navy Blue. I laid out his blanket/comforter on top. I'm not sure how much we'll actually use this blanket, but it looks nice ;-)
The dresser matches the crib. We got them both from Toy's R Us and we are very pleased with it! The baseball lamp camp from Hobby Lobby. I got 2 of the baseballs for Scotty when I was in Minneapolis for training back in May. At the time we were hoping that we'd be able to use it in our little boy's room some day. One of the balls is signed by a Yankee player. The Andy Pettitte jersey was bought on ebay and the shadow box came from Hobby Lobby.
Close up of Scotty's baseball cards. Scotty collected most of them as a little boy. But there is a newer signed one of Chase Wright, Scotty played baseball with him in High School. The other one is someone that Scotty played baseball with in college.
This is a felt banner that lists all of the Yankee's World Series Championships. I think this is my favorite thing that is on the wall! I like the rich look of the Navy Blue.
Signed picture of Mariano Rivera.
Some of the picture along the top of the wall.
More pictures from the top of the wall. 3 out of the 4 walls have pictures like this.
Here is the proud Daddy hanging the pictures in Mason's room. He picked out all of the decorations for Mason's room and I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out. He has caught a lot of flack from friends and family about how Mason won't sleep well or that we're torturing him by making him sleep with all the Yankee stuff. My dad says that he's going to teach Mason to say Rangers for his first word. All of this attention good or bad makes Scotty happy. He likes to stir things up!
